During the offer period, you can place a bid for the quantity you wish to tender for the buyback/takeover/delisting on Console under Portfolio>Corporate action order window. Bids will be accepted until 6 PM, prior to one working day. Orders will be placed on the Exchange platform only on the offer end date mentioned in the table.
Note:
-
- The cut-off time for the Vedanta delisting online orders has been extended till 6 pm, October 9th on Console.
- Your orders will be placed on the Exchange platform only on the window expiry date mentioned in the table.
- Please make sure to hold the stock until then to be eligible for this buyback. Once you place the order online, you shouldn’t sell those shares.
- Charges for the order placed online will be ₹20+GST. These charges are non-refundable irrespective of whether the order is accepted/rejected/failed. The first order window will close at 6:00 PM one working day prior to the end date.
- All Buyback, Takeover and Delisting orders will be accepted online through Console only.
- If you miss placing the order online in the first order window, A new order window will be opened on one day before the end date post 6:00 PM till the end date until 2:00 PM.
- Orders will be accepted only till the last day of the closure at 2:00 PM.
