NHPC Ltd Buyback
The buyback of NHPC Ltd opens on January 1, 2019, and closes on January 11, 2019 (up to 12 PM) You can place your orders from Console.
Rs 20+ 18% GST will be applicable for all orders placed. You need to have had the required number of shares present in your demat as on the Record date, November 30, 2018, to ensure successful tender of shares.
Note: Hard or soft copies of the tender forms won’t be accepted.
If you fail to place an order till January 11, 2019, manual orders will be accepted up till 1 PM on January 14, 2019. These are manual orders and will be charged at Rs 100+ 18% GST.
Please make sure to hold the stock until then to be eligible for this buyback.
