Mphasis Limited Buyback
The buyback of Mphasis limited opens on December 06, 2018 and closes on December 19, 2018 (up to 12 PM) You can place your orders from Console.
Rs.20+GST will be applicable for all orders placed. You need to have had the required number of shares present in your demat as on the Record date, October 25, 2018 to ensure successful tender of shares.
Note: Hard or soft copies of the tender forms won’t be accepted.
If you fail to place an order till December 19, 2018, manual orders will be accepted up till 1 PM on December 20, 2018. These are manual orders and will be charged at Rs 100+GST.
