Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Buyback
The buyback of Tata Consultancy Services(TCS) opens on September 6, 2018, and closes on September 17, 2018, at 12 PM. You can place the orders from Q>Portfolio>Buyback.
Rs.20+GST will be applicable for all orders placed. Please ensure that you have the required number of shares present in your demat as on the Record date, August 18, 2018, to ensure successful tender of shares.
Note: Hard or soft copies of the tender forms won’t be accepted.
If you fail to place an order till September 17, 2018, manual orders will be accepted up till 1 PM on September 21, 2018. These are manual orders and will be charged at Rs 100+GST.
