About Roopa Screen
Roopa Screen manufactures rotary nickel screens used in rotary screen-printing machines, primarily by textile manufacturers for continuous printing on fabrics. The company operates a manufacturing facility in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with an installed capacity of 74,400 screens per annum. Its key products include standard screens and specialized variants such as Penta, Delta, and Nova screens. Penta screens, featuring 125 mesh for applications requiring higher paste flow and wider coverage, such as background printing, contribute a significant portion of the total revenue. Additionally, the company engages in the trading of nickel cathodes, which is the principal raw material used in its manufacturing process. Revenue is derived primarily from domestic customers across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Haryana. The business caters predominantly to the textile sector, along with allied industries such as chemicals, dyes, and engineering. To support future demand, Roopa Screen is setting up an additional unit in Sanand to expand its production capabilities.
