Its business is diversified across three main segments: Television Programming, OTT/Web Series Content, and the Production and distribution of Films and associated rights. The company’s model relies on producing content for major broadcasters, film studios, and OTT streaming platforms, with arrangements typically made on a project-by-project basis. A significant portion of its revenue is dependent on a limited number of these major customers. The company operates a dedicated film and OTT business division, Wakaoo Films, and has also entered into strategic partnerships for co-producing films.
