Founded in 2019, Ullu Digital Limited is an OTT (Over-The-Top) streaming service known for distributing, showcasing, promoting, and delivering a diverse range of content through its platform/app, “Ullu.” The company has extended its global presence, allowing viewers outside the Indian subcontinent to access its content. As per the draft papers, Ullu Digital filed for an IPO aiming to raise ₹135-150 crore through a fresh issue of 62.63 lakh shares, set to list on the BSE SME platform.

Operations & Performance of Ullu Digital

In FY24, Ullu reported a profit decline of 16% to ₹12.68 crore despite a 7% rise in revenue to ₹99.67 crore. Including other income, total revenue exceeded ₹100 crore. The platform’s expenses increased 15% to ₹83.49 crore, driven by a 41% rise in employee expenses.

Future Plans of Ullu Digital

IPO funds will support content production and operational growth. Ullu is also focused on expanding its subscriber base and content library, aiming to strengthen its position in the OTT market.
