HMA Agro Industries Limited is in the business of processing and export of packaged frozen buffalo meat and fish products along with cereals. With a market share of more than 10%, it is one of the top three meat exporter companies in India. Exporting to more than 40 countries under its sub-brands.

Through its initial public offering, HMA Agro Industries Limited aims to raise Rs. 480 crores. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 150 crores and an offer for sale of shares worth Rs. 330 crores from the existing shareholders.
