Incident: Order placement, order modifications, and order cancellations on our trading platform were intermittently impacted on NSE and BSE from 12:07 PM to 12:20 PM.
Cause: Order placement, order modifications, and order cancellations on our trading platform were impacted intermittently owing to a temporary network connectivity issue. The issue affected only a particular set of users operating out of a particular isolated Silo. Our team is currently conducting a root cause analysis of the incident.
Approx clients affected: 10000 to 15000
