Issue with order placement, order modifications, and order cancellations (BSE)
Duration: 02:47 PM to 03:30 PMIncident: Order placement, order modifications, and order cancellations on our trading platform were intermittently impacted on BSE, BFO and BCD segments from 02:47 PM to 03:30 PM.
Cause: Order placement, order modifications, and order cancellations on our trading platform was impacted intermittently owing to a network connectivity issue at OmneNEST’s end (exchange empanelled RMS and OMS vendor). RCA from our OMS vendor OmneNEST is awaited. Further, we are in touch with the exchange as well to ascertain the root cause of the disconnection, as multiple brokers reported issues with order placement during that time period.
