Issue with the order placement, order modification and order cancellation (NSE)
Duration: 09:36 AM to 09:48 AMIncident: Order placement, order modifications, and order cancellations on our trading platform were intermittently impacted on NSE (NFO segment) from 09:36 AM to 09:48 AM.
Cause: Order placement, order modifications, and order cancellations on our trading platform was impacted intermittently owing to a network connectivity issue at Refinitiv’s end (exchange empanelled RMS and OMS vendor). RCA from our OMS vendor Refinitiv is awaited.
Approx clients affected: 26000 to 27000
