Yes. You can opt for Premature Exit at any time before completing the applicable vesting period of 15 years (or a higher period under an MSF scheme) or before attaining 60 years of age. There is no minimum subscription period required for Premature Exit. If your accumulated pension wealth is ₹5 lakh or less, you can withdraw the entire amount as lump sum or use it to purchase an annuity. If it exceeds ₹5 lakh, up to 20% can be withdrawn as lump sum and at least 80% must be used to purchase an annuity.
