Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited is a manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel pipes and tubes that have applications in various sectors such as chemicals, engineering, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, power, food processing, paper, and oil & gas.
The company manufactures products in two broad categories: seamless tubes/pipes, and welded tubes/pipes, under which it manufactures products in five lines such as high precision & heat exchanger tubes, hydraulic & instrumentation tubes, seamless pipes, welded pipes, and box pipes.
Venus sells its products both domestic as well as internationally in 20 countries including Brazil, the UK, Israel, and countries in the European Union.
The public offer of Venus Pipes & Tubes comprises a fresh issue of 50.74 lakh equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 165.42 crores.
