Commtel Networks Limited is a specialised engineering and technology company incorporated in 1998. It was founded and is promoted by Shriprakash R. Pandey and Dinesh Pandey. It primarily serves critical national infrastructure across sectors such as oil and gas, power, transportation, defence and public safety. Commtel operates as a system integrator, delivering end-to-end solutions covering design, engineering, procurement, integration, testing and commissioning. Its key offerings include mission-critical communications, network infrastructure, surveillance, command and control, and integrated digital platforms. The Company also provides engineering, maintenance and lifecycle support services.
