Starting today, NSE has reduced the tick size for stocks trading below ₹250 from 0.05 to 0.01. This change will also apply to futures contracts of these stocks starting July 8, 2024.

The exchange will review the tick size each month, using the closing price on the last trading day of the month to determine the tick size that will apply for the following month.
