Shivalik Rasayan Limited's board on July 23, 2026, approved a preferential issue of up to 3.72 lakh equity shares and 9.48 lakh fully convertible warrants, each priced at ₹250, raising a total of about ₹33 crore. The equity shares will be allotted to five public investors, while the warrants are issued to promoter entity Growel Remedies, Bishnoi Exports Private Limited, and Denmark‐based Ginnerup Capital ApS. The warrants can be converted into an equal number of equity shares within 18 months of allotment. The fundraising is subject to shareholder approval, with an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for August 20, 2026. A preferential issue committee will handle the documentation.
