United Heat Transfer received an international order worth approximately ₹66.41 lakh, excluding taxes, from AREA51-ESG, Inc. on behalf of Vertiv Corporation for manufacturing CDU parts for Vertiv’s Ohio plant. The order was to be supplied on an ex-works basis from the company’s Nashik plant by 28 September 2026, with 40% payable upfront and 60% at shipment. In June, United Heat Transfer had described Vertiv CDU components as being in trial supply, with potential annual business of ₹10-20 crore.
