Supreme Infrastructure's court-approved amicable resolution plan for its erstwhile subsidiary, Kopargaon Ahmednagar Tollways (Phase I), reduced the company's corporate-guarantee exposure from about ₹180 crore to ₹36.51 crore. The ₹143.49 crore reduction represented nearly 80% of the earlier exposure, while payment of the final tranche and fulfilment of the plan's terms remained conditions for releasing the related guarantees, charges, liens and encumbrances. The arrangement provided that any receivable from the client after payments to lenders would remain with Supreme Infrastructure. The group reported FY26 revenue of ₹65.3 crore and Q1 FY27 net worth of ₹174.3 crore, alongside accumulated losses of ₹1,053 crore.

Supreme Infrastructure India created a fixed deposit of ₹120 crore with State Bank of India, fully meeting its funding obligations under the Court-sanctioned Scheme of Compromise and Arrangement with lenders. The deposit is earmarked exclusively for completing payments to the remaining lenders once final banking and escrow formalities are completed by SBICAP Trustee Company Limited. The matter was heard by the Company Court on July 20, which took the creation of the fixed deposit on record and granted time until August 17 for completion of the remaining procedural formalities. Management said the balance process is now primarily procedural and expects the Scheme to be successfully completed within the timeline granted.
