Rajendra Kumar Gupta HUF, identified as a promoter of Baazar Style Retail, sold 75,000 shares on each of 19 and 20 August through market transactions on the NSE. The sales were valued at ₹421.78 lakh and ₹439.76 lakh, taking the HUF’s holding from 27.488 lakh shares, or 3.61%, to 25.988 lakh shares, or 3.41%. Shreyans Surana sold 21 lakh shares, Sidharth Surana 9 lakh, Bhagwan Prasad 15 lakh and Rajendra Kumar Gupta HUF 1 lakh; the first three trades were reported at ₹362 a share and the HUF trade at ₹383.87. At the stated prices, the transactions represented about ₹166.7 crore and left the disclosed holdings of the four sellers at 2.35%, 0.68%, 3.82% and 3.41%, respectively. On the same trading day, non-promoter Aditya Kumar Halwasiya acquired 45 lakh shares and reached 5.91% of voting capital. Baazar Style Retail had FY26 revenue of ₹1,840.9 crore and 276 stores in Q1 FY27.

The stake represented 5.31% of the company on a fully diluted basis, and Halwasiya was not part of the promoter group. Baazar Style Retail reported FY26 revenue of ₹1,840.9 crore and had 276 stores in the June quarter. Its current borrowings stood at ₹315.1 crore, against closing cash of ₹12.5 crore at the end of FY26.
