Sigma Advanced Systems secured a further long-term agreement worth nearly £125m, or about ₹1,600 crore, with Rolls-Royce through its UK subsidiary Bromford Precision Solutions. The contract covered aero-engine rings, casings, lock plates and other engine structures to be manufactured across Sigma’s India and UK facilities under a dual-source arrangement. It followed a separate Rolls-Royce long-term agreement valued at roughly £300m, or about ₹3,800 crore, while Bromford’s acquisition had been completed in July. Sigma’s order book exceeded ₹8,000 crore, with 75-80% in aerospace and more than 90% international.

Sigma Advanced Systems secured approximately ₹155 crore of government orders for the Indrajaal Ranger counter-drone vehicle. The package comprised a ₹145 crore border-security award to the Indrajaal-Sigma consortium and a separate approximately ₹10 crore urban-police order for VVIP and city security. Sigma's order book had exceeded ₹8,000 crore, with 75-80% in aerospace and more than 90% international, while recent programmes included a ₹1,013 crore artillery-shell order and a roughly ₹3,800 crore Rolls-Royce long-term agreement. Consolidated revenue for FY26 was about ₹492 crore, with the latest operating mix including ₹229 crore of aerospace revenue and ₹145 crore of defence revenue.

Sigma Advanced Systems Limited said it has secured a $104.9 million (roughly ₹1,013 crore) export order from a North American customer to manufacture and supply 147,000 units of 155mm base bleed artillery shell bodies. The order will be executed over the next six to twelve months. The company said the contract is for precision-engineered projectile casings that use base bleed technology to extend artillery range, and that it builds on earlier contracts for fuzes and standard shells. The order is expected to be margin accretive and strengthen Sigma’s position as a qualified exporter in the international artillery supply chain.

Sigma Advanced Systems Limited signed a share purchase agreement on 13 July 2026 to acquire 100% of Bromford Precision Solutions Limited, a UK-based aerospace and defence manufacturer, through its wholly owned subsidiary Sigma Advanced Systems UK Limited. Bromford produces specialised aero engine rings and engine structures and supplies leading OEMs in the UK and Europe. Its turnover for the twelve months ended April 2026 stood at about £1.78 crore (₹228 crore), up from ₹155 crore a year earlier. The cash acquisition is valued at £11.89 million (around ₹153 crore) and has already received the required clearances under the UK’s National Security and Investment Act. Completion is expected within six weeks, and the deal is intended to consolidate Sigma’s position as a global precision engineering platform.
