Shradha Realty’s step-down subsidiary, Raghukul Shradha Realty LLP, completed two registered sale deeds to acquire Nagpur Improvement Trust Leasehold Plot No. 25 in Nagpur. The deeds covered two undivided 50% interests in a 1,337.76 sq metre plot and the proportionate portions of a two-storey residential structure, for an aggregate consideration of ₹35.71 crore. The vendors were Udayan, Anita, Chidanand and Abhipsa Shrouti under one deed, and Jaya Pardhy and Vrinda Bhave under the other; possession was delivered on completion. The acquisition was made for real-estate development activities, while Shradha Realty’s FY25 revenue from operations was ₹106.6 crore, including about ₹23.4 crore from real estate.
