ICRA also reaffirmed the same rating on ₹285 crore of existing NCDs, the issuer rating and ₹1,000 crore of bank facilities. At the end of the first quarter of FY27, the company had gross debt of ₹876 crore and free cash of ₹803 crore. The Mumbai-based residential developer reported FY26 revenue of ₹2,635 crore and pre-sales of ₹4,022 crore.

Keystone Realtors posted pre-sales of ₹617 crore for the quarter ended June 2026, a 42% decline from the same period last year, as the company did not launch any new projects during the quarter. Collections inched up 4% to ₹599 crore, supported by sustained cash flows from previously sold units. The developer added two projects in the quarter—a cluster redevelopment at Dindoshi Nagar in Goregaon East and a plotted development at Igatpuri—with an estimated gross development value of ₹713 crore and a saleable area of 1.98 million square feet. Chairman Boman Irani said the company has a robust pipeline of launches planned in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region over the coming quarters and remains well capitalised to achieve its FY27 pre-sales guidance. The company also noted that ICRA had upgraded its long-term rating to AA- from A+, an action that was separately disclosed last month.
