Ramco Systems' board approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹1,727.70 crore, with net profit of ₹5.62 crore. Separately, the board announced that CFO Ravikula Chandran R will retire upon superannuation on November 30, 2026. He will be succeeded by Gayathri R, a chartered accountant who joined the company in 2003 and currently serves in its finance function, effective December 1.
