Pricol Limited's board approved a scheme of arrangement to demerge its Driver Information & Connected Vehicle Solutions business into Pricol Autotech Limited. The DICVS division, which generated revenue of ₹2,424.63 crore in FY2026—61% of the company's consolidated turnover—will become a separately listed entity. Shareholders of Pricol will receive one equity share of Pricol Autotech for every share held, mirroring the existing shareholding. The demerger aims to create two focused platforms: an automotive technology entity and a precision engineering entity, allowing each to pursue distinct growth strategies and capital allocation. The scheme remains subject to approvals from stock exchanges, the National Company Law Tribunal, and shareholders. Pricol's remaining businesses, Actuation, Control & Fluid Management Systems and Precision Products, will continue under the existing listed entity.
