MIC Electronics received in-principle approvals from BSE and NSE for issuing 5,68,73,418 equity shares at no less than ₹41.38 each to non-promoters through a share swap for the acquisition of Neo Semi SG Pte Ltd. Allotment was due within 15 days, subject to receipt of Neo shares from the proposed allottees and completion of other procedural compliances. The board had approved the acquisition of 89.65% of Neo Semi SG for ₹357.6 crore in March, comprising ₹122.3 crore in cash and ₹235.3 crore through the share swap. MIC Electronics reported consolidated revenue of ₹190.5 crore in FY26 and consolidated revenue of ₹43.7 crore in the June quarter.
