Kalpataru Projects International announced that its Swedish subsidiary Linjemontage intended to launch an initial public offering of existing shares and list on Nasdaq Stockholm by the end of September 2026. The proposed offering valued Linjemontage at up to SEK 2.35 billion, or about ₹2,324 crore, while cornerstone investors Tredje AP-fonden and Unionen had committed a combined SEK 290 million subject to conditions. Linjemontage generated SEK 3.225 billion in sales in the year to March 2026 and held an order book of SEK 4.349 billion at June-end. It contributed about 11.14% of Kalpataru Projects' consolidated revenue and 4.5% of its consolidated net worth, and was expected to remain a step-down subsidiary after the listing.
