Interiors & More Limited scheduled its 14th annual general meeting for September 24, 2026 at 2 p.m. through video conference and issued its FY26 annual report. The agenda included a proposal to declare a final dividend of ₹0.50 a share, the reappointment of Rajat Singhal as executive director for three years, and shareholder approval to raise the borrowing limit to ₹160 crore from ₹100 crore. It also sought approval to increase the limit on working-capital facilities backed by personal guarantees from ₹31 crore to ₹50 crore and to permit up to ₹15 crore of annual unsecured-loan transactions with each of Manish Tibrewal and Rahul Jhunjhunwala. Its 2,00,000 sq ft manufacturing facility at Umbergaon had been fully commissioned after being partly operational in the previous year. Consolidated operating revenue rose 42% to ₹83.60 crore and profit after tax increased 13% to ₹13.54 crore in FY26, while borrowings stood at ₹56.35 crore.

Interiors & More received in-principle approval from the National Stock Exchange for the issue of 15.54 lakh fully convertible warrants at ₹179 each on a preferential basis to promoter and public categories. The proposed warrants carried an aggregate issue value of ₹27.82 crore. NSE's approval was conditional on statutory and regulatory compliance, the filing of a listing application after allotment and payment of applicable fees. Interiors & More reported FY25 revenue from operations of ₹58.9 crore and profit after tax of ₹12 crore. Borrowings stood at ₹30.4 crore and cash at ₹2.2 crore at year-end, while its 2,00,000 sq ft Umbergaon manufacturing unit remained partially operational.
