Dollar Industries has called shareholder and unsecured creditor meetings for 22 July 2026 to vote on a composite scheme of arrangement that will restructure the company's ownership of group assets. The scheme has two parts: the demerger of the hosiery business unit of Dindayal Texpro Private Limited into Dollar Industries, and the amalgamation of eight promoter-group entities — including Dollar Brands Private Limited, which owns the 'Dollar' trademark — into the listed company. The meetings follow an NCLT order dated 11 May 2026 that directed the convening of equity shareholder and unsecured creditor gatherings. The proposed share swap ratios have been certified by KPMG and a fairness opinion has been obtained from VC Corporate Advisors.
