DCX Systems' joint venture ELTX Systems entered into an additional non-binding memorandum of understanding with the Government of Tamil Nadu on August 13 to expand its proposed operations in the state. The expanded scope covered electronic intelligence, communications intelligence and communication systems, alongside planned airborne and land radar, counter-drone and electronic-warfare systems. ELTX was a 37%-held associate focused on radar and electronic-warfare systems and remained pre-operational in the June 2026 quarter. DCX reported consolidated revenue of ₹743.3 crore and a ₹7.7 crore loss for the year ended March 2026.
