A Division Bench of the Delhi High Court stayed the effect and operation of the Single Judge's July 28 judgment dismissing GCD Prime's petition concerning DCM's 68.35-acre Hisar project land. The interim order, passed after an August 12 hearing, required the parties to maintain status quo while GCD Prime's appeal remained pending, and DCM was awaiting a copy of the order. The dispute arose from a 2022 joint development agreement under which DCM was entitled to 55% of net sale revenue and GCD Prime to 45%, after the developer paid a ₹50 crore advance. DCM's FY26 consolidated revenue was ₹71.78 crore, cash was ₹14.32 crore and the JDA advance remained a current liability.

DCM Limited said the Delhi High Court on July 28 dismissed a Section 9 petition filed by GCD Prime, which had sought to stay the termination notice issued by DCM in November 2025 under a joint development agreement for 68.35 acres of land in Hisar, Haryana. The court vacated the interim undertaking that had restrained DCM from taking precipitative action, allowing the forfeiture and termination to proceed. The underlying dispute over the validity of the termination and the ₹50 crore advance paid by GCD Prime remains pending before a sole arbitrator.
