The board sanctioned a budget of up to USD 4 million to cover the purchase consideration, transaction costs, and advisory fees. Infinova India designs, assembles, and supports IP cameras, video‑management software, and AI‑based surveillance solutions, serving clients in airports, metros, defence, and critical infrastructure. The acquisition gives Creative Newtech an operational manufacturing facility, exclusive Indian brand rights, and an established service network, enabling it to move beyond distribution into own‑brand manufacturing and local Make in India product assembly. The transaction is subject to satisfactory due diligence, execution of definitive agreements, and receipt of necessary approvals; final pricing and closure will be disclosed once conditions are met.
