MUMBAI, May 26 (Reuters) - India's Cholamandalam Investment and Finance CHLA.NS plans to raise 20 billion rupees ($235.1 million), including a greenshoe option of 15 billion rupees, by selling bonds maturing in two years, three merchant bankers said on Monday.
