Chavda Infra secured a ₹54.72 crore work order from Weisdom Design Build LLP for core-and-shell construction of a proposed residential and commercial five-star hotel at Kudasan, Gandhinagar. The project covers three basements, a ground floor, the first to 20th floors and associated structural and utility works, and is scheduled for completion within 24 months. Orders received during the current financial year reached ₹144.17 crore, while the unexecuted order book stood at nearly ₹846.92 crore. Chavda Infra reported FY24 revenue of about ₹242 crore, with construction contracting as its main business.
