The plan, which is roughly 46% of the company's ₹10,755 crore market capitalisation, must be ratified by shareholders at the annual general meeting scheduled for July 29. The board also fixed July 3 as the record date for a final dividend of ₹8 per share for the year ended March 2026, and appointed Smt. Varsha Vasant Purandare as an independent director from July 30.
