Bluspring New Horizon Two Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bluspring Enterprises, entered into a term loan agreement with a leading non-bank lender on July 23 for up to ₹125 crore. The four-year secured facility will finance BNHTPL's acquisition of the entire paid-up share capital of LSG Sky Chefs (India) Private Limited. The loan is backed by an exclusive charge on the subsidiary's fixed and current assets and an irrevocable corporate guarantee from Bluspring Enterprises. The acquisition was first intimated to the exchanges in April 2026 and is expected to close shortly.

STEAG Energy Services (India), a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Bluspring Enterprises, has been awarded a comprehensive operations and maintenance contract for a 1,215 MW captive power plant belonging to Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited. The contract, valued at an estimated aggregate consideration of ₹1,437.17 crores plus taxes, will run for five years commencing August 1, 2026. The plant comprises nine units of 135 MW each and was secured in a competitive process. This is the second major O&M order STEAG has bagged from a Vedanta Group entity in recent weeks, following a ₹1,219.85 crore contract for a separate 1,800 MW plant announced earlier.
