Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities appointed Anshul Rastogi as its chief financial officer with effect from 7 August 2026. Parveen Kumar Goel, who had been both whole-time director and CFO, retained his board position but relinquished the finance portfolio. Rastogi had close to two decades of finance experience and previously served as CFO of RAK Ceramics India, after working with Versuni, Philips and General Mills. Mrs. Bectors reported FY26 revenue of ₹2,044 crore and an EBITDA margin of 12.7%.
