Atlanta Electricals received a Letter of Intent from Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh for ₹193.92 crore, including GST, to design, manufacture, test and supply 12 auto-transformers. Each unit will have a 160 MVA rating and operate at 220/132 kV. Revenue was ₹1,852 crore in FY26, while the company's order book stood at ₹2,493 crore at the end of March. Atlanta Electricals Limited reported a 48 per cent year-on-year jump in consolidated revenue for the quarter ended June 2026, reaching ₹466.33 crore, as the transformer manufacturer benefited from strong domestic demand and higher capacity utilisation. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose 58.1 per cent to ₹77.10 crore, with margins expanding 105 basis points to 16.5 per cent. Profit after tax increased 50.4 per cent to ₹46.84 crore. The company also announced a ₹291.68 crore order from Rajasthan Rajya Vidhyut Prasaran Nigam for the supply of power transformers, including 160 MVA and 50 MVA units, reinforcing its presence in the high-capacity segment. Atlanta Electricals’ order book stood at ₹3,116.63 crore at the end of June, up 25 per cent sequentially, with order inflows during the quarter totalling ₹972.42 crore. Chairman and Managing Director Niral Patel said the strong start to the fiscal year reflected disciplined execution and improving operating leverage.
