Arfin India has received a letter of intent from JFE Shoji India Private Limited, a domestic arm of Japanese trading giant JFE Shoji Corporation, for the supply of aluminium deox products. The order covers an aggregate quantity of 7,400 metric tonnes of primary shots, cubes, secondary ingots and wire rod. The total consideration is approximately ₹300 crores, inclusive of GST. Supplies are scheduled to be completed by September 2026. The order follows a strategic memorandum of understanding signed earlier between Arfin's subsidiary and JFE Shoji along with Toyo Denka.

Arfin India's wholly owned subsidiary, Arfin Titanium & Speciality Alloys, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Toyo Denka Kogyo Co Ltd, JFE Shoji Corporation, and JFE Shoji India Pvt Ltd. The agreement aims to establish a strategic business collaboration covering the manufacture, supply, distribution, and promotion of products. Toyo Denka will provide technical support, while JFE Shoji entities will coordinate commercial distribution and supply-chain activities. The MOU has an initial term of one year with automatic renewal. No financial terms or binding commitments were disclosed. The partnership is exploratory and intended to create a reliable long-term supply chain. This marks a significant international collaboration for the micro-cap company.
