Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company, a person acting in concert with Aqylon Nexus promoter Kurjibhai Rupareliya, bought 77.7 lakh shares (3.06%) of Aqylon Nexus in the open market on 31 July, lifting its stake to 10.30%. The purchase comes a day after the PAC sold 1.47 crore shares (5.80%) — its largest single offload, which had cut its stake to 7.24%. Rupereliya's own holding had eased to about 45.60% by mid-June after peaking at 53.92% in April. Aqylon, which pivoted from media content to AI and IT services after completing its corporate insolvency resolution in May 2025, reported revenue of ₹1,320 lakh for FY26 with negative net worth.

Kurjibhai Premjibhai Rupareliya, promoter of Aqylon Nexus, sold 38.69 lakh shares (1.52% of equity) through open market transactions on June 9, 2026, reducing his voting stake from 35.69% to 34.17%.
