Aruna Ganesh, a promoter group member of Anthem Biosciences Limited, sold her entire shareholding of 1,71,14,604 equity shares, representing 3.05% of the company's paid-up equity capital, on June 18, 2026. The sale was executed through open market transactions and disclosed to stock exchanges the following day. Ms. Ganesh stated that the transaction does not alter her status as a member of the promoter group. The offload removes her entire direct stake in the company.
