Agro Phos withdrew an acquisition agreement with Bharat Phosphates & Chemicals after the consideration paid was fully repaid. The board finalised the notice for the company’s 24th annual general meeting, scheduled for 30 September 2026 in Indore, with proposed related-party transaction limits of ₹30 crore with APIndia Biotech, ₹15 crore with Shri Tulsi Phosphate and ₹15 crore with Bharat Phosphates & Chemicals. Shareholders were also asked to approve the appointment of Sakina Dharwala and Chandresh Kumar Gupta as independent directors and the reappointment of Abhishek Kalekar. Agro Phos’s business was centred on SSP manufacturing, with 73,519 tonnes sold in FY25 and government subsidy of ₹48.36 crore recorded for that year.
