63 Moons Technologies informed exchanges that the MPID Court, Mumbai, allowed one of its applications and ordered cancellation of attachment of its assets under a 2018 notification, subject to conditions, to effect the one-time settlement scheme for NSEL. The scheme of arrangement between NSEL and its specified creditors was approved by the National Company Law Tribunal in November 2025 and subsequently upheld by the NCLAT and the Supreme Court. The ₹1,950 crore settlement had been approved by 92.81 per cent of creditors by number in May 2025. The attachment of the company's assets under the MPID Act had been a major obstacle to implementing the settlement, which seeks to resolve a 13-year legal overhang that has blocked dividend payments since 2015.
