Vintage Coffee and Beverages' board approved a preferential allotment of up to 42 lakh convertible warrants to seven promoter and promoter-group investors at ₹164 each, implying potential proceeds of ₹68.88 crore if fully subscribed. The warrants would be convertible into an equal number of equity shares within 18 months, subject to shareholder approval, and the board also approved an employee stock-option scheme covering up to 30 lakh options. Balakrishna Tati was proposed for reappointment as chairman and managing director for five years from 16 July 2027, with proposed remuneration of ₹30 lakh a month plus 3.5% of net profit, while Sai Teja Tati's proposed remuneration was set at ₹10 lakh a month plus 1% of net profit. Vintage Coffee had fully utilised ₹183.89 crore of net proceeds from an earlier preferential issue by 30 June 2026. FY26 revenue was ₹553.1 crore and installed coffee capacity stood at 11,000 tonnes after a 4,500-tonne line was commissioned at the end of March.
