Ventive Hospitality Ltd. said its investment committee approved the acquisition of 100% equity and preference share capital of Kelzai Eco Reserves Private Limited for a cash consideration of ₹282 crore, with the enterprise value set at ₹466 crore. The target holds roughly 420 acres of resort property in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and recorded nominal revenue of ₹14.25 lakh in the year ended March 2026. The transaction, expected to close within three months, is not a related-party deal. Ventive said the acquisition will establish its footprint in the luxury resort and branded villa segment.
