The issue would add 10,329,625 fully paid ₹2 shares, capitalised from securities premium, retained earnings or free reserves, with ₹2.07 crore required; the record date was to be announced later. The board also proposed increasing authorised share capital from ₹10 crore to ₹10.4 crore and recommended Rohit Jain's reappointment as an independent director for a second five-year term. The company split its shares 1:5 in February 2026, and its FY26 revenue from operations was about ₹206 crore, with standalone profit after tax of ₹27.4 crore.
