Tirupati Foam Ltd.'s board approved the sale of surplus land and building at Plot No. 5, Ecotech I Extension, Greater Noida, to Neumann Components Pvt Ltd for a consideration of not less than ₹30 crore. The land parcel measures approximately 9,325 square metres and had housed production facilities that have already been suspended and vacated. The company stated that minimal business was carried out on this plot and the transaction will not impact ongoing operations. The sale is not a related party transaction and is subject to shareholder consent at the upcoming 39th annual general meeting, after which the agreement will be executed. The board expects the deal to be completed within six months of all regulatory compliances.
