Tejassvi Aaharam Ltd informed exchanges that the Bombay Stock Exchange has granted in‑principle approval for its proposed preferential issue of 5.11 crore equity shares. The shares, carrying a face value of ₹10, will be issued at an equal price of ₹10 apiece to non‑promoter investors through a share swap arrangement. The total consideration of the issue works out to ₹51.16 crore, which is significantly larger than the company’s current market capitalisation of about ₹37 crore. The approval, dated 7 July 2026, enables the company to proceed with the allotment, subject to compliance with other statutory requirements, including the Companies Act and SEBI regulations.
