The issue would raise about Rs2.4 crore and expand the equity base from 2,00,000 to 7,00,000 shares, with Nimesh Sahadeo Singh allotted 3,25,000 shares for a 46.43% post-issue stake. The board also approved an increase in authorised share capital to Rs70 lakh and convened an extraordinary general meeting for 30 October 2026 to seek shareholder approval.
