Stovec Industries’ controlling promoter was linked to an upstream encumbrance created under a 26 February 2025 shareholders’ and subscription agreement involving Print I B.V., Print Holdings B.V. and Magenta Holding B.V. The arrangement was reported against 14,83,777 Stovec shares, representing 71.06% of the company, although the agreement created no direct rights or encumbrance over Stovec’s equity shares. Lenders converted part of their outstanding loans into 647,059,000 shares of Print I, while Magenta Holding received transfer restrictions and an option to take full control of Print I subject to the agreement and applicable law. Stovec generated revenue of ₹198.1 crore and profit after tax of ₹6.9 crore in FY25, followed by revenue of ₹46.69 crore in the first quarter of FY27.
