A group of non-promoter investors led by Sachin Kirit Modi raised its holding in South India Paper Mills to 18.46% from 5.99% through open-market purchases. The purchases covered 23,38,887 shares acquired between 4 August 2025 and 2 March 2026, leaving the group with 34,61,690 shares. The company reported FY26 operating revenue of ₹433.81 crore and Q1 FY27 profit after tax of ₹4.98 crore. It had recorded a ₹9.64 crore loss in FY25, while FY25 borrowings were ₹174.87 crore.
